Things to do when in the area

We have many things to do while enjoying your stay at Webster Lake Guide Service’s cabins.  You can rent the fishing boat or pontoon and take a trip around the lake or stop at the big island for a swim. A lot of the lakes have restaurants you can eat at. Webster lake has Pizza King of North Webster  http://www.pizza-king.com/index.html you can boat up to it call for delivery or drive by car to the town park while you are there eating on the lakeside pier you will notice the Dixie boat. A beautiful antique sternwheeler paddle boat that you can take a guided tour around Webster Lake on http://www.ridethedixie.com/

The town of North Webster has several antique stores and a coffee shop in the famed Pilcher’s shoes Castle. On your way to the coffee shop stop in a Ye Olde  Tackle shop for all your bait and tackle needs and a few fishing stories. https://www.facebook.com/yeoldetacklebox/

       Over on the Barbee Chain if you choose to take your boat there for the day you have 3 choices to eat the Barbee Landing is a 21 and over bar on the channel between Big and Little Barbee https://www.facebook.com/barbeelanding/

Across the street from Little Barbee lake is the Barbee Hotel Restaurant. The Barbee Hotel enjoys a rich past, established in 1897. They offer steaks, different types of seafood, barbecue ribs, and some traditional Italian dishes. On Tippecanoe Lake you can you can use the pay ramp at Pie Eyed Petey’s bar & full service marina, fish or boat all day and then enjoy a cocktail and food at Pie eyed Petey’s Tiki bar overlooking Tippy lake or rent a Kayak from Petey’s and paddle your day away on the lake.
